eeck...didn't realize it had been a week since i last blogged! it is a fab-Friday here! close to 80 and sunny. nuff said.
saw my friend "cougar" from the bank last night at her pad in medfield. she has an almost 8 week old son who we will call "tiny man". he is 10lbs. of super cute & small! my other friends "meggy", & "preggy" (due 5/5) were there as well along with "new posh hair" and "soon-to-be married" (who i am walking with tomorrow). you cant go wrong with some wine, brie n crackers, fruit, cookies, browines and hot dips!! i over ate but am over it now.
slow week overall at work. lots of bickering, name calling and general irritation at the office. that again, isn't a news flash! making lots of calls with little results. not cool but what can you do?!
boat man is "out" today "working from home". what that really means is he is down at the marina on the boat by 9am and 2 sheets to the wind by noon!! he cracks me up. he could have just said "i will see you all on monday."
had a delicious powerhouse for lunch from the natural food store. they never disappointment me! great bread, munster cheese, sprouts, lettuce, tomato, cukes and spicy mustard!! yee haw
tomorrow is the "march for babies" in baltimore. i am looking forward to it. for one, it is a good cause, 2: it will be nice weather (about 75) and 3: it is an easy way to get a 4 mile walk in! i am also walking with some friends so that is a bonus too.
i am also getting this rats nest cut tomorrow afternoon. i really need it! my hair is longish and shaggy and it has been a good 6 weeks since my last weed whack!
kneecaps is in st. croix now. i am jealous!! checked weather.com and it is 83 for the next 3 days..he has the IRONMAN on sunday and a friends wedding sunday night~! 5 days for nonstop sun and fun! and of course lots of island-esque drinks too!
